Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1930, clay ridge tiles, rendered and red brick Running bond chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls with rendered channelled piers to ends. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, pre-1999. A well-proportioned, modest-scale house retaining its original form and massing. However, inappropriate replacement fittings and materials have eroded much of the character of the site.
