Detached gable-fronted Church of Ireland church, c. 1800, with bellcote. Extended, c. 1870, with projecting porch, chancel and vestry projection added. Plaque on gatepost "C Day Lewis/Poet Laureate/born Ballintubbert/April 27, 1904/died May 5 1972/these limes planted in/his honour/by local writers/April 27 1985".
