Gateway, extant 1940, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of granite ashlar piers on chamfered plinths having "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornices below capping supporting wrought iron double gates with rendered ruled and lined outer piers having cut-granite shallow pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron railings. Street fronted at entrance to grounds of Saint Aidan's Parochial House.
