What is recorded here

Demesne walls of Rossmore Castle, erected c.1830, having snecked tooled squared limestone walling with tooled sandstone copings.
The walls of Rossmore Castle are a significant visual feature in this locality, testifying to the status of the estate as well as constituting an ostensible security measure. Simple yet well-executed in snecked limestone, they form a component part of the group of structures which remain extant of the original complex.
