Ròineabhal is a small mountain in the Outer Hebrides, rising to approximately 250 metres. It is part of the eroded Atlantic margin of the Scottish mainland, composed largely of Lewisian gneiss. The mountain contributes to the rugged landscape that defines the Hebridean terrain and supports the region's unique upland ecosystems.
