What is recorded here

The site (L 26m min.; Wth 0.85m min.; D 0.16m) is orientated E-W on the field surface and constructed of compact longitudinally laid and interwoven mixed brushwood and light roundwood. The site was 2-3 elements deep with the central walking surface formed of roundwood. There was some disturbance caused by non-archaeological roots and the associated peat consisted of moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Phragmites and leaves evident.
