What is recorded here

The site (Wth 1.7m; D 0.15m) consists of twelve pieces of light brushwood which are widely dispersed and lack a discernible structure. They are located at varying levels within the peat strata and their relationship to one another is therefore unclear. A single piece has been worked to a chisel point. One piece was identified as birch. Compiled by: Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College Dublin). Date of upload: 23 May 2011

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
