Three closely associated toghers (KD012-014----, KD012-014001- and KD012-014002-) running parallel to one another were surveyed: KD012-014----: A substantial gravel and wood togher (L 550m; av. Wth. 4.5m; D 0.10-0.9m) orientated NNE-SSW crosses Lullymore East bog between the dry land islands of Lullymore, to the NE, and Lullybeg, to the SW. The monument is visible in 22 Bord na Mona drain faces and can be traced for most of its length as a raised, vegetation line on the bog's surface. It is composed of a layer of gravel beneath which are large transverse timbers lying on top of smaller longitudinal timbers and beneath these timbers is a layer of possibly re-deposited peat. The monument is dated AD380-660. The remains of a second togher (KD012-014001-) was found running parallel, immediately to the E, as well as traces of a third togher (KD012-014002-), running parallel to the E again.
