What is recorded here
Galway ritual rock: medals stuck into its skin, child and lamb prints held in stone. People touched it, believed it, left proof behind. The bog kept the rock company while humans kept faith.
In an area of rough pasture and bogland. This is a rock on which religious medals used to be left and that also bears footprints of a child and lamb (information from Mr. T. Robinson 1986).
