Ring-ditch in Headfort Demesne is a faint twenty-metre cropmark on a south-facing slope, hidden beneath land once called Boxhill Wood. Mary Tunney first pointed it out, and Michael Moore later shared the image. The ditch may have marked a small dwelling, a boundary or a forgotten ritual place. Under the soil of Headfort Demesne, that little circle still waits to be understood.

Situated on a slight S-facing slope on land that was once within Boxhill Wood on the demesne of Headfort House. The cropmark of a small enclosure (diam. c. 20m) defined by a single fosse is faintly visible on Google Earth (07/05/2017). It was first reported by Mary Tunney.
