Ring-ditch in Beaconstown

Five shallow ditches circle each other in Beaconstown like forgotten coins, their edges visible only when dry soil holds more water than crowded fields. A larger ringfort shadow sits beside them, suggesting the small circles belonged to a place old enough to stop announcing itself. They may have marked graves, boundaries or temporary shelters, but the land has kept their shapes long after human names disappeared.
