Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1860, having single-bay two-storey extension with projecting crenellated bay to north elevation and porch to front. Built as pair with adjoining house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed bipartite openings to first floor comprising pair of double lancet overlights over four-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows with limestone sills. Continuous render sill course to first floor. Square-headed tripartite openings to ground floor comprising lancet overlights over one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with limestone sills. Pointed arch opening having spoked fanlight over timber panelled double doors. Flanking sidelights to entrance having double lancet overlights over lancet windows. Rectangular plan timber porch comprising pillars, balustrades and lancet overlights over pointed arch windows. Pointed arch opening to crenellated bay having timber battened door. Rubble limestone boundary walls to site.

A elegantly proportioned pair, which retains its original form, together with important salient features and materials. It is decorated in the Gothic Revival style and retains its highly decorative windows and porch. Prominently sited, this pair forms a striking presence in the streetscape.
