Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Williamstown (rathconrath By.) is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Williamstown (rathconrath By.), County Westmeath, Ireland. Situated on a slight rise in low lying wet grassland with fairly good views all around, the monument is a small circular shaped area approximately 19 metres in the north-south direction and 17 metres in the east-west direction. It is enclosed by two earthen banks and an intervening fosse, featuring a possible causewayed entrance gap 2.8 metres wide at the southeast. The inner bank is low and fragmentary, the fosse is shallow, and the outer bank has been reduced to a scarp at the northwest, while the interior slopes slightly from north to south.

Situated on a slight rise in low lying wet grassland, with fairly good views all around. The inner bank is low and fragmentary, the fosse is shallow and the outer bank has been reduced to a scarp at NW. The interior slopes slightly from N-S.
