Graveslab in Waterford City is a graveslab in Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland. It belongs to Richard Walsh, recorded for 1610, and was set against the north wall of the nave of the Franciscan church. The rectangular fossiliferous limestone slab measures 1.91 metres by 0.69 metres, is 0.15 metres thick, and carries a marginal Gothic lettered inscription with a coat of arms above a skull.

Rectangular slab of fossiliferous limestone, cracked in two with chipped edges and a piece missing from the middle right side, set against the N wall of the nave. It is decorated in false relief with a marginal Gothic lettered inscription and a coat of arms above a skull. The arms are three arrows per chevron impaling three chevrons and the inscription is: HIC JACET RECARDUS/ WALSH CIVIS WATERFORDIENSIS QUI PREFUIT HUIC XE - NODOCHIO 12/ ANOS MUNERE EJUS/ ET MAGNA IN PAUPERIS CHARITATE OBIIT….
