Unlocated watermill within townland which is listed as part of the posessions of the Franciscan Friary (TS057-004----) of Killeennagallive. A land grant in 1543 to Dermot Ryan consisted of the Franciscan friary of Kyllalie, with three messuages, 5 acres arable, 1 acre marsh, and the site of a water-mill in Kyllalie (Gwynn & Hadcock 1988, 272).
