Grave Yard in County Kilkenny holds Tullaherin beside its medieval church and round tower, overlooking the surrounding countryside. Its old rectangular enclosure keeps table-tombs, unmarked uprights and reused church fragments, while a newer southern extension reaches toward the public road. The dead have followed the living across generations, filling the slope with memories that the stones no longer name.

On the brow of a gentle S-facing slope commanding excellent views of the surrounding countryside, except directly W where ground level rises. The medieval church (KK024-062001-) of Tullaherin is roughly aligned E-W, on the N boundary of the graveyard, with a round tower (KK024-062003-) in the NW angle of the graveyard. The graveyard is roughly rectangular in plan (dims. 53.4m E-W; 33m N-S) enclosed by a stone wall and entered from its S side. It contains several headstones and table-tombs of the 18th-20th centuries and many unmarked uprights, some of which are reused architectural fragments from the adjacent medieval church. In more recent years the graveyard has been extended to the S occupying a large rectangular area (dims. c. 57m NE-SW; c. 63m NW-SE) between the old graveyard and the public road.
