Terraced four-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1790, now in use as offices, with shop to ground floor. Pitched double-span caulked natural slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted cement rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows with painted stone sills to upper floors. Aluminium top hung outward opening windows and aluminium glazed door to ground floor, also timber panelled door with toplight surrounded by timber pilaster and entablature shopfront.
