Terraced single-bay three-storey over basement former house, built c. 1810, now with restaurant to basement and rear of ground floor. Pitched natural slate roof with cement rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted cement rendered walls with render quoins, plat bands at sill levels and channelled rendered walls to basement. Timber top-hung outward-opening and side-hung outward-opening windows with moulded nap render surrounds. Timber panelled door c. 1810, with plain fanlight above and moulded surround. Stone steps with wrought-iron railings up to front door. Two-storey outbuilding to rear in use as kitchen.
