Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1805. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted cement rendered walls with projecting lantern. Paired timber sliding sash windows with dividing mullions and painted stone sills. Paired aluminium top hung outward opening windows to first floor. Metal grille to ground floor window and timber matchboard door.
