Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built 1934, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay two-storey gabled advanced end bay; three-bay two-storey rear (west) elevation. One of a pair forming part of a group of eighteen. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with pitched (gabled) slate roof (end bay), slay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls (ground floor) on rendered chamfered plinth with rendered stringcourse; fine roughcast surface finish (first floor). Square-headed central door opening with two concrete steps, and rendered surround with hood moulding framing glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing eight-over-eight timber sash windows. Set back from line of road with rendered piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron gate.

A house erected as one of a pair of houses representing an integral component of the twentieth-century domestic built heritage of Wexford with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such attributes as the compact plan form centred on a restrained doorcase; and the very slight diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a feint graduated visual impression. Having been well maintained, the elementary form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the original fabric, thus upholding the character or integrity of a house forming part of a self-contained ensemble (including 15502059; 15502061) making a pleasing visual statement in an urban street scene.
