End-of-terrace five-bay two-storey house, built c.1840, now in use as commercial outlets. Ruled and lined rendered walls with elaborate render quoins. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods supported on carved paired eaves dentils. Square-headed openings with elaborate render surrounds and stone sills. Segmental-arched door opening with panelled pilasters and petal fanlight.

The elaborate render detailing on the façade of this building is an unusual feature in Trim. Artistic quality is apparent in the execution of this detailing. The façade is further enhanced by the decorative eaves dentils, and the doorcase.
