Terraced four-bay two-storey ruled and lined rendered house, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with brick and cement rendered chimneystacks. Square-headed openings with timber two-over-two sash windows having convex horns and timber sills. Segmental-arched opening with panelled timber door, fanlight and stone step.

The simple and unadorned façade of this house is interesting with the variation in the size of the fenestration on each floor. It retains many interesting materials and features such as the timber sash windows with handmade glass and the timber panelled door.
