End-of-terrace five-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. Ruled and lined rendered walls. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and clay pots. Timber panelled door with overlight and moulded surround. Two-over-two sash windows with stone sills. Range of stone outbuildings to rear with pitched slate roofs, brick-arched openings and timber battened doors.

The scale and proportions of this house make a positive contribution to the streetscape. The survival of many of the original materials enhance this relatively plain façade, due to their simple detailing.
