Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. Roughcast rendered walls and pitched slate roof. Timber panelled door with overlight and carved stone doorcase. Timber two-over-two sash windows with stone sills and convex horns, some with original glass.

The survival of the early nineteenth-century fabric of this modest terraced house makes it an interesting contributor to the streetscape. While all the terraced houses in this street exhibit variations and changes, there is a uniformity in the modest form of the buildings, which combine to create an interesting streetscape.
