End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, as part of a terrace of four. Chamfered corner to west elevation. Half-hipped slate roof with brick chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with render plat band. Square-headed openings with render surrounds, chamfered edges and painted sills. Two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Replacement uPVC windows to ground floor. Square-headed opening with render surround, chamfered edges, overlight and timber panelled door. Roughcast rendered boundary walls having cast-and wrought-iron railings and square-profile piers with single-leaf cast-and wrought-iron gate.

This end-of-terrace house forms an integral part of a terrace, which shares street, roof and windows lines. The chamfered corner is an interesting detail, which was employed during the era of horse transportation, to accommodate carriage and cart access.
