Formerly situated at Toureen Peacaun monastery (TS075-023----) and currently unlocated. The stone was uncovered during the 1944 excavation (Duignan 1944, 227). Okasha and Forsyth (2001, 316-17) describe it as a slab of unknown form with text, based on Macalister (1949, no. 14, 213) who provides no dimensions for the slab. It is listed as Toureen Peacaun 57 (Okasha and Forsyth 2001, 316-17).
