What is recorded here

Indicated is a circular earthen ringfort in rough Mayo pasture, thirty-three metres across and enclosed by a bank barely higher than a standing man’s knee. The eastern gap stretches eight metres, wide enough for carts or fleeing people, while overgrowth buries the rest in green silence. It remains an unmarked wound in the hillside, waiting for someone to stop staring at the sky and walk through the hole.
