Sweat Ho is a roofless circular chamber on the west bank of a north-south stream in County Leitrim, marked only on the 1907 OS map. Its collapsed eastern entrance and grass-covered mound suggest a place where heat, breath and patience were once practiced beside running water. The abandoned farmhouse nearby hints that this was not a forgotten monument but a living room for the body, used until people stopped needing to remember it.

Situated on the W bank of a N-S stream, c. 100m NE of an abandoned farmhouse, and immediately S of a laneway. It is marked only on the 1907 edition of the OS 6-inch map. This is a circular roofless chamber (int. dims 1.6m E-W; 1.4m N-S; max. H 0.6m) surrounded by the base of a grass-covered mound (dims 3.2m N-S; 2.5m E-W; H 0.3-0.8m) with a collapsed entrance (Wth 0.6m) at E.
