What is recorded here

Indicated is a levelled fairy fort in County Cork, reduced to a shallow circular depression twenty-seven metres across on a west-facing pasture slope. Power recorded it as partially destroyed in 1918, but human arrogance or forgotten treaty may have completed the erasure. The land keeps its shape while pretending not to remember the hands that broke it.

In pasture, on W-facing slope. Power (1918, 204) records 'partially destroyed' ringfort. Levelled; shallow circular depression (26.9m N-S) now marks site.
