Gallauns is a pair of standing stones on the lower slopes of Teermoyle mountain in County Kerry, overlooking the Ferta river. One huge tapering flag and one square stone once stood together, but only the square stone survives today. It rises 2.2m, leans slightly with an overhang on its west face, and marks a place where the mountain edge meets river light.

A pair of standing stones was located on the lower slopes of Teermoyle mountain, overlooking the Ferta river to SW. The following description occurs in OSM: ‘...a huge standing stone or flag 6ft wide at bottom gradually tapering to a point at top and is 7ft high . . . and adjoining it there is a square stone 7ft high . . .'. Only the latter stone survives. It measures 2.2m high and .8m x .5m at base; WNW-ESE. It is irregular in outline and tapers in elevation, while its W side exhibits a pronounced overhang (Ó Nualláin 1988,250). The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
