What is recorded here
One tall stone still stands in Ballyvonnavaun, County Clare, while the rest of its circle has collapsed or vanished. It marks a place where people gathered to watch the sky, celebrate season changes, or remember the dead. The missing stones may have been carried away for walls, roads, or fields, leaving only this witness behind.
