Sheepfold

On a SE slope between Beenduff and Bawnduff mountains, on the E bank of Kealmore stream. A well-preserved D-shaped hut of corbelled drystone construction. The lintelled entrance with slightly inclining jambs is located in the straight SE side. It measures 1.4m high and .72m wide at base. A lintelled window at SW is .5m wide and .34m high, and a wall-niche occurs in the inner wall-face at NE. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
