Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Seafield is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Seafield, County Sligo, Ireland. The ruined stone wall encloses an oval space twenty by eighteen metres across on a steep ridge above flat land. A linear hollow in the western part may preserve remains of a collapsed underground passage. No ditch or entrance appears at the site.
Located on a steep-sided ridge in flat undulating countryside. Comprises an oval area (int. diam. 20m by 18m) enclosed by a ruined stone wall. There is no indication of a ditch or entrance. A linear hollow in the W part of the site may be the remains of a collapsed Man-made underground passage (SL020-009002-). Compiled by: Geraldine Stout Date of upload: 30 July 2013
