What is recorded here

Mnemo is the smallest chair in the world, no larger than a child's palm, yet it carries the weight of every room it has entered. The woman sat in it once and stopped wanting to leave, because the seat pressed back against her bones and showed her the shape of her own life. She died in the chair with a smile on her face, and the chamber has been empty ever since, waiting for the next person foolish enough to sit down.
