What is recorded here
No visible wall or ditch remains in the level pasture of Rower Beg, yet a faint shadow once suggested a hidden trapazoidal enclosure beneath the grass. That ghost line may mark an ancient boundary or merely record the passage of modern farm equipment. The land keeps both possibilities alive, waiting for rain or memory to reveal whether it holds human shape or only agricultural scar.
Noted as cropmark of possible trapazoidal enclosure in Adare Bypass Constraint Study Report (Ref. No. 30; AP 1:4,000 OS3 1199). No evident trace of enclosure in level field of pasture. This 'cropmark' may be the result of agricultural activity rather than representing a sub-surface feature.
