Ring-ditch in Rossnaree marks a lost circular enclosure on the south bank of the River Boyne, preserved only in a faint cropmark above ordinary farmland. Conor Brady drew attention to the place, while Michael Moore and Smyth helped record what the land still reveals. It may have been a dwelling, a boundary marker or a small ritual site, yet no certain answer remains. The ditch has vanished from human memory but not from the earth, waiting for rain, light or patience to show itself again.

Located on the S bank of a W-E section of the River Boyne with the stream c. 200m to the N. The cropmark of a circular feature (diam. c. 15m) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on OSI aerial images (1995).
