Raymoghy Old Church Graveyard holds the buried remains of a medieval parish that survived Protestant conversion around 1622 and remained in use until 1792. Three medieval window fragments are still set into the inner quoins of the graveyard gate piers, proving that the church gave up material even as it lost its life. The stones may have watched prayers, weddings, funerals and silence across centuries before a new church at Manorcunningham took the congregation away.

Raymoghy Old Church (DG054-032): The surviving remains indicate that the medieval parish church was significantly altered when converted for protestant worship c. 1622 (Royal Commission, 215). It continued in use until 1792 when a new church was built at Manorcunningham (Lewis 1837, 510). Three medieval window fragments (DG054-032002-) are built into the inner quoins of the graveyard (DG054-032001-) gate piers; these are undoubtedly from the parish church.
