Attached two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1890, with former shopfront to ground floor. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and dormer windows. Painted smooth rendered walls with render sill course to second floor. Segmental-headed window openings to second floor, having painted carved timber surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window opening to east bay of first floor, having painted stone sill and polychrome multi-pane over one-pane timber sliding sash window. Timber canted oriel window with moulded render sill to west bay of first floor comprising fixed polychrome multiple-pane windows to upper section, segmental-headed window opening flanked by square-headed window openings to lower section, each having single pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed tripartite window opening to former shopfront on ground floor with moulded render surround and having one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight.

This charming building exhibits a number of distinctive stylistic influences in its Arts and Crafts style timber detailing and polychromatic multi-paned canted-bay window, juxtaposed with a classical tripartite arrangement in what was probably once a shopfront. The building maintains much of its original detailing and contributes positively to the streetscape, in particular in its relationship to its neighbouring Tudor Revival style Oriel House.
