Standing stone in Raphoe Townparks

Standing stone

What is recorded here

Death and marriage both cast shadows on that stone, yet neither explanation fits every mark or every memory. The chamber may have measured life itself, marking the distance between birth and death, between one breath and the next. What is forgotten is not the stone but the language used to read it.
