Gateway, extant 1902, on a symmetrical plan comprising pair of rendered panelled diagonal piers having "Cavetto"-detailed pyramidal capping with rendered panelled outer piers having "Cavetto"-detailed pyramidal capping supporting cast-iron serpentine railings. Road fronted at entrance to grounds of Saint Louis's Convent.
A gateway forming making a pleasing visual statement in a chapel village setting at the entrance on to the grounds of the Saint Louis's Convent complex.
