What is recorded here

Prumpelstown Lower repurposes a circular granite font base as a headstone, redirecting sacred water into dead memory. The perforated stone still wears the shape of baptism, yet it marks departure rather than entry. That reversal suggests a community comfortable with paradox, where holy tools become grave tools and water gives way to forgetting.
A circular, perforated font base of granite is used as a headstone in the graveyard (KD040-018001-). Date of upload: 8 September 2016
