Culdees Castle is a Gothic red ashlar mansion built for Charles Drummond in 1810, marking land originally gifted to the Drummonds after Bannockburn. Robert Thomas Napier Speir lived there until his death in 1922, making beautiful coloured windows with his own hands and painting on china. Tracey and Robbie became custodians in 2019, restoring the decayed structure and building event spaces to fund the work. They employ local artisans and aim to draw tourism into Perthshire, continuing the castle's role as a community anchor.
