What is recorded here

Ogúil is a village in County Galway, Ireland. A standing stone still rises beside the old road, its edges worn smooth by rain and centuries of passing hands. People may have set it as a marker, a warning or a gift to someone no longer named. It remains not as a monument but as a witness, watching the village change while keeping its own shape unchanged.
