In a County Kildare graveyard, an undecorated granite font sits on a tapering pedestal, its shallow mortice holes suggesting a lost lid. It has become a flower pot, dressing ancient baptism in ordinary life. Nearby, a medieval gargoyle watches from the west gable of the 19th-century church, while the forgotten church and buried names remain beneath the grass.

In a graveyard (KD032-041001-) which also contained a medieval church (KD032-041----). A medieval gargoyle (KD032-041003-) is mounted on the W gable of the nearby 19th-century church. An undecorated circular granite font (diam. 0.8m; H 0.53m) with a central basin (diam. 0.56m), used as a flower pot, rests on an earthfast tapering circular pedestal (diam. at ground level 0.7m; diam. under font 0.5m; H 0.25m).
