What is recorded here

Situated c. 60m NW of the summit of Carrig Mountain. Small disturbed cairn (diam. 10m), cut by a drainage gully and partly covered in peat. Herity (1974, 260) suggests it may be a passage tomb. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
