What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, an earthen ring where human history has thinned into myth. Its name suggests direction rather than identity, as if the landscape still points toward something lost. The clay may have held a household, a boundary or a warning before it became a fortress for unseen tenants.
