Grave Yard in County Meath holds a square walled space where memorials from 1768 to 1962 surround the parish church of Monknewtown. A churchyard cross still stands among the graves, while the old font moved seventy-five metres north to face the Roman Catholic church. The place preserves local death, memory and faith across two centuries without pretending to be a mystical anomaly.

The parish church of Monknewtown (ME019-019----) is in N part of a square graveyard (dims 34m N-S; 36m E-W) defined by masonry walls, which contains memorials dating from 1768-1962. There is a churchyard cross (ME019-019004-) in the gravyeard. The font (ME019-019003-) in now in front of the Roman Catholic church of Monknewtown, c. 75m to the N (ME019-018----).
