Weir is a weir (fish) in Moloughabbey, County Tipperary, Ireland. The 1654 to 1656 Civil Survey linked the local lands to the River Shewer and a weir belonging to those lands. James Prendergast held the property in 1640, but the exact position of the structure is no longer identified.

According to the Civil Survey (1654-6) in 'Mullagh-Aby' the lands 'hath the accomodation of the River Shewer runinge by it wherein is a Weare belonginge to the sd lands' which in 1640 was under the proprietorship of 'James Prendergast of Tulloemealane Esqr Irish Papist' (Simington 1931, vol. 1, 328).
