Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1840. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and eaves course, having uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with cast-iron vents to plinth level. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and raised moulded render surrounds, having replacement timber casement windows. Round-headed door opening within timber doorcase, comprising fluted reveals, engaged Doric columns on tooled limestone plinths, surmounted by moulded cornice. Timber panelled door with brass door furniture surmounted by two-pane fanlight. Red brick enclosing wall to front having rendered copings, replacement cast-iron railings and pedestrian gate to rendered stepped approach.

Set on an elevated site overlooking the harbour, this terrace forms part of a group of handsome nineteenth century houses which were built outside the town centre for both temporary and permanent residents who were drawn by the sea bathing and healthy air to this fashionable area. These houses add much to the town's historic character and charm. The timber sliding sash windows, render detailing and round-headed doorcase are among the noteworthy features that enhance the terrace's traditional quality.
