What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1830. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack, eaves course, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent flat-roofed dormers. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone or render sills and uPVC casement windows. Round-headed door opening comprising raised render reveals, fluted Doric columns on tooled stone plinths with render architrave. Timber panelled door having brass door furniture surmounted by spoked fanlight. Limestone stepped approach.
One of a terrace of fifteen houses of varying size and design, apparently built by a Mr Parker and named after his daughter Lucy. This house, which is somewhat wider than the other houses in the terrace, is particularly notable with its generous scale and handsome doorcase. Though the terrace has lost much of its historic fabric, sufficient survives to provide a template for its reinstatement, which would bring the traditional character back to the group and the streetscape.
